Malibu Rooftop Club
Malibu Rooftop Club is a meeting room in Malibu community, seated on the east mountain ridge of Puerto Rico in Mogan municipal on Gran Canaria.
This unique meeting room has an amazing view over the sea and mountains, and is well equipped for your special events, such as:
AGM:s
Birthday parties
Yoga classes
Painting classes
Religious cermonies
etc.
AGM:S
For AGM:s it is equipped with a big screen TV, internet and router, web camera (for web meetings), black out curtains, two rectangular tables for the board and 40 chairs. (One can bring one’s own extra chairs if needed.)
PARTIES
For parties it is equipped to serve 40 people. We have a kitchen with a dishwasher, two refridgerators, a microwave oven, a small oven, an induction cooker, a water boiler (so that one can make instant coffee), a big pot for cooking ”hot dogs”. One can prepare sanwhiches in the kitchen, but not cook full scale dinners. We suggest you order Take Away or catering for that.
We have 11 round tables, 40 chairs and 40 each of, plates, knives, forks, dessert plates, coffee cups, spoons, beer- and wine glasses. We have some bowls and plates for serving and two rectangular tables one can use for buffet serving. To make a really festive table set, you are welcome to bring own tablecloths, tealights and serviettes.
Prices for renting out to owners and renters of Malibu:

60 € for 4 hours (cleaning included) and 15 € for each additional hour, being the rental hours from 10 am to 22 pm

100 € for 4 hours (cleaning included) and 25 € for each additional hour, being the rental hours from 10 am to 22 pm

For all owners and renters in Malibu we plan to arrange pub evenings, sports events in front of the big screen TV, morning coffe or other suitable events for the community. Such events will be free of charge.
